I'm a supply chain and procurement professional with 20 years of experience across Dell, Delta Electronics, Electrolux, SK Group, and McKinsey. I've managed over $220M in annual spend, driven nine-figure cost reductions, and built and led teams across mainland China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Korea.
In recent years I've moved into the AI space — advising on Hong Kong's first government-facing AI agent project, founding an AI/MR startup (1st place, Shanghai startup competition), and now co-founding an AI companion robot venture. This combination of deep supply chain knowledge and hands-on AI product experience lets me operate where technology meets operations.
I work best at that intersection: the physical world of sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics — and the digital world of AI, data, and automation.

Seconded to SK Group alongside McKinsey to drive strategic sourcing transformation. Managed $10–40M annual spend per category across PCBA, compressors, BLDC motors, die-casting, and more. Achieved 20% annual cost reduction totaling ₩100B KRW. Conducted on-site supplier validation and financial audits. Promoted from Purchasing Analyst to Project Manager. Delivered 40,000 water heaters ($4.8M revenue) and 30,000 air coolers ($1.34M revenue) to Brazil — $6.14M total in 2011. Led an automation project integrating price tracking, logistics, quality audit, accounting, and reporting — cutting process time from 22 days to 7 days (60%+ improvement).
